Terms and Conditions
1. e-DISTI c sells MetroVac vacuum cleaners and dusters.
2. The buyer can be a sole trader, legal person, an unincorporated organization or a natural person.
3. Orders can be placed via e-mail.
4. The buyer shall be informed that the order is being processed.
5. In some situations the Seller reserves the right not to accept the order (e.g. if a product is not available).
6. All the goods offered by e-DISTI are free from any physical and legal defects.
7. The company issues a VAT invoice for all the sold goods.
8. The goods are delivered with UPS or DPD courier service. The buyer shall bear the following shipping costs within EU:
– prepayment and trade credit: UPS Standard 30 EUR, UPS Express Saver 80 EUR
– COD: 75 EUR
The above prices refer to the deliveries of one packaging up to 20 kilos. In other cases shipping costs shall be calculated individually.
9. The following payment methods are acceptable:
a. a bank transfer on the basis of a pro forma invoice,
b. upon receipt of goods (COD) – as previously agreed with e-DISTI,
c. credit card payment/online payment,
d. trade credit – for regular partners only or after 2 prepaid transactions,
e. trade credit for budget entities.
10. All the quotations made by e-DSTI are based on ECB exchange rates. The invoice will be issued according to the exchange rate set for the day of the purchase. In case of prepayment, the day of issuing a pro forma invoice is binding. It is possible to pay in a foreign currency.
11. All the goods offered by e-DISTI are new retail and are free from any physical and legal defects, unless indicated as used or refurbished.
12. All the goods are covered with a European manufacturer’s warranty.
13. All the new goods are covered with standard manufacturer’s warranty Used and refurbished items are covered with a 90-day seller’s warranty (e-DISTI).
14. e-DISTI makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the prices, descriptions and technical data given on its website. The company shall not be responsible for wrong technical data or their change by manufacturer.
15. Information on e-DISTI website does not constitute a commercial offer.
Return
The buyer (a natural person who acquires goods or services for the purposes not relating to their professional or commercial activity) may withdraw from a sales agreement and return the goods within 10 days of delivery date (under the regulations of law this right refers to a natural person, not to business customers). The goods must not be used nor damaged, it has to be in the original packaging. The customer shall return the goods at their cost and bear any costs related to return process (including shipping).
Returns process:
1. The customer is obliged to send the goods at their cost. The product must be placed in the original packaging ensuring its safe transport. The return must be discussed with e-DISTI via e-mail under the address: info@senetic.co.uk
A product can be returned only if:
– it is in the original and unmarked packaging,
– has not been used.
2. The package should be labelled with „RETURN”

4. RMA shall be considered within 14 days after the goods reach e-DISTI. The amount due is transferred back after accepting RMA and issuing a credit note.
