Products that are ordered within EU countries are dispatched by GLS delivery service, please see the GLS web site: https://gls-group.eu/SI/en/home. In case of larger shipment, order is dispatched by Schenker delivery service, please see the Schenker web site: https://www.logistics.dbschenker.si/log-si-en/start.html. Customers from countries outside of the EU are welcome to send an Inquiry for quotation with detailed personal/company information (VAT number, shipping adress).

Shipping charges

Shipping charges of packages weighting up to 50 kg are 25.00 € for all countries within European Union, except Romania, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Portuguese, Greece, Ireland and Bulgaria. For more detailed information about shipping charges for larger orders and countries outside the European Union, please contact us.

Delivery time and transit time

Orders will be dispatched only after we've received your payment. If payment is received on working day until 2 pm, the order will be sent on the same day, otherwise it will be send on the next workday. It is recommended that you send us payment confirmation to speed up the delivery process. Order will be sent to the address specified on the contact form.

After the order is sent, you will receive tracking number for your package. On web sites given above you can track your package.

Transit time differs from country to country. Estimated transit time for different countries are shown in the table below but may vary due to local holidays or other reasons.

Collect Shipments – If you would rather send your contract carrier to collect your order (term EXW), just let us know when ordering.

Specified carrier - At your request we can send you customized offer with the specified carrier, however; we will not ship with certain carriers due to poor experience.
