Warranty & Support

All MetroVac vacuums and dusters are covered by limited warranty 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period shall commence on the day purchase (the date stated on the invoice). All warranty claims must include the bill of sale or its copy and validated warranty card. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original part or product. Consumables are not covered by warranty.

During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

To obtain warranty service based on the terms and conditions mentioned below, this card must be filled in and authenticated. Proof of purchase, in the form of purchase receipt or invoice, issued by the dealer will also be required. Date of purchase will be determined by the date indicated on the Receipt or Invoice.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by or resulting from:

• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship;
• Repairs, service or alterations to the product or any of its parts or accessories which have been performed by service centers or repairmen not authorized by manufacturer;
• Damage or defects caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage or maintenance of the product, its parts or accessories;
• Usage of parts, products or accessories that are not authorized by the manufacturer;
• Natural disasters (floods, fire, lightning, etc.);
• Excessive heat, power surges and abnormal voltage;
• Improper transportation.

Ordinary wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scuffs, scratches, gauges, dents, etc.) shall not be considered a defect in materials or workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover technical assistance for usage. This limited warranty does not cover consumables (such as vacuum bags, filters).

This limited warranty is valid only if the product has not been tampered or altered in anyway.
